Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RAVIA Ops website and services (“Services”). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
RAVIA Ops provides operations automation services, including workflow design, integrations, and maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal, statement of work (“SOW”), or agreement.
2. No guarantees
We aim to deliver reliable automations, but results depend on your tools, data, team processes, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, approvals, or specific business outcomes.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback required to deliver the Services.
- Provide and maintain access to necessary tools/accounts (e.g., CRMs, email tools, APIs).
- Ensure you have the right to use and share any data you provide, including personal data.
- Comply with third-party platform rules and applicable laws (including privacy and anti-spam laws).
4. Third-party services
Our work may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, CRMs, analytics, email providers, AI services). We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, pricing, or policy decisions made by third parties.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own your data and your existing materials. After full payment, you receive a license to use the automations, documentation, and configurations we deliver for your internal business use. We may reuse general know-how, non-confidential methods, and templates.
6. Confidentiality
If we receive confidential information during engagement, we will use it only to provide the Services and will not disclose it except as required by law. A separate NDA may apply if signed.
7. Payment and refunds
Fees and payment schedules are defined in the proposal/SOW. Unless stated otherwise: invoices are due upon receipt, and payments are non-refundable once work has started.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAVIA Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the relevant proposal/SOW. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees incurred for work performed up to the termination date.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
